ok so i was reading through some old post and i saw that ppl where talking about spacer... so i did a search on it and the no matches came up so that lead me here:D and to my question... what are wheele spacer?what do they do?And are they needed? also i saw alot of ppl refered to a TTB??? is thst torsion bar????

you put it in between the wheel and rotor/drum. This will offset the wheel out (stick out) from the truck/car.

edit: TTB - torsion bar twist??? lift/lower truck with changing this setting.
 






TTB (Twin Traction Beam) refers to an axle type that was used way back when in Explorers and other Ford trucks. You don't have this in your sport trac so you don't really need to worry about it

TT refers to a Torsion Twist, which lifts/lowers the truck via tightening/loosening the torsion bars which are part of the front suspension on your truck.
