Problems with body lift need answer

Okay I first installed my three inch body lift in may of last year. After a few month i notice extra noise an vibration in the front. So I go investigate the problem I discover the the metal of the body which attaches to the body mount has either rusted away or crack under the stress. I replaced most or all of the metal with some thicker metal and the problem when away. Now the problem seems to have come back and I really need some suggestion ro help stop this problem.

the body metal has been replaced and weld a few times
and the problem keeps reoccuring

Which mount exactly are you having problems with?

It not really the mount(bushing) but the metal above (body metal) cracking and or rusting away. Wanted to see if anyone else ran into a problem and see if they solved this problem. Cause I could really use some suggestions.
