Problems with Retractable Shade

Hello Explorer Family I have a 2020 Xlt. I cannot get the retractable shade to roll up. It go back but the shade just droops in the back seat. Anyone go through this and have a fix before I head to the dealership

Welcome to the Forum.
There have been posts about issues with the shade but this is the first of its kind that I have read.
I'm not familiar with how the retraction system works.
