Question about TT and shackle lift...

If I do a TT and Shackle lift will I need to have the truck relaigned. I just had the allinment done, maybe 2 months ago. I just need to know if it will need to be done again if I do the lift. I will be cranking the Tortion bolts up to get about 2".

BTW: It's a 98 2wd.

No you shouldn't need an alignment because you are not messing with the steering, just the ride height. Crank'em up!

The correct answer is "maybe".

The TT does affect the front suspension geometry which will affect alignment. Some members do the TT and their alignment stays within specs. However, most members get their alignment done after any TT. I know my alignment was way off just due to the TT.

If you just got it done 2 months ago, you probably have a 3-6 month warranty on it, so just get it done again.
