Hello,
I'm having issues with my left rear cv-cv. (2002)
I purchased a new axle assembly to replace it, however I noticed once I got home that the antilock ring is different than the original. (Much deeper grooves)
Will this work on my vehicle, or do I drive the 100 mile round trip back to the parts supplier to exchange for another?
(The risks of living in the boonies.)
Thanks in advance!

Are the "splines" of the rings spaced the same? Same number of splines on both axles? same diameter? If the only difference is they are deeper, I think it will work just fine. It only needs to see pulses that the splines cause as they pass the pickup. If it has a different amount of splines or the ring is a different size all together, it might not work right.
