I'm just kidding with you. That being said, Take good care of that trans that I'd the best thing you can do for these. Do a full trans fluid flush ONLY if it had 60k or less since the last full flush. If you don't know then I would recommend dropping the pan and doing a half change.. Around 6 quarts.
Drop the pan change the filter and refill with 6 quarts. You can also have a shop do this as well. I for sure would. These transmissions fair much better with frequent flushes that being said parts in the Trans wear into old fluid so you can't flush an auto trans after too many miles bit it's OK.
Personally, I would do the half change and filter now, then say 10k miles later do another half change to let the Trans really adjust to all the new fluid and stuff then from there on out do a pan change every 25-30k. That is what a trans guy I trust recommended... That or a full flush everytime if you had the luxury of doing it before it reached 70k or so.
