Quick question for my first post! How do you remove the instrument bezel and radio?

I just took advantage of the Latest Ford sale and upgraded from my '05 Escape XLT Sport AWD to an '05 Explorer XLT 4x4.

I need to know how one removes the trim from around the instrument cluster and the removal of the radio. I cannot find any slots or holes to slide in any of the common removal tools. I want to install my Alpine HU (7927) and radar detector.

hey man right down the stree from ya! I think it is just a bunch of clips all the way around if I remember right (my mom has an 04).
