R/R brake, blinker inop, no voltage

Newbe here, working on one of our Cop Cars. As the title reads, no signal to R/R brake, blink. Being a Cop Car one might think the harness might be cut, crushed or tampered with. No sign of that. No sign of a relay.

Is your explorer 2011 model ?

If so, then this is the forum for 06-10 models.

But anyway, not sure if the 11 and up model is using smart junction box (SJB), but that controls lots of functions on the car, and they go bad sometimes, mine did and my interior lights do not work properly.

Just a guess
