Radiator Coolant Leak

Hi, I have a 95 and recently i have noticed a profound leaking from the transmission line feeding into the radiator (top of the radiator, on the right, looking a the front of the truck) is there anything that i can do, short of a new radiator, to fix this leak (gasket sealer) or maybe can it be tightened? i tried, but it doesnt seem to want to move at all. whats up?

Maybe take it to a radiator shop and have them put a new side on but depending on mileage and such it may just be better to slap in a new rad.
