i have a jvc radio that i put in and it would reset so time or turn off wind i hit a bump and then it all stop working one and i try to clean my windshield off and the wipers would not work then i plug back in the Factory radio and the wipers work and the radio still didnt work and use a test light on the ground and ground had power but the test light was flashing and Constant and 12volts the whole time and Accessory had no power with the car on or off and if i leave the factory plug and the car off and the door open the dinger go's off and with the door close it locks and unlocks none stop plz help
