I am having the "no radio display" problem that seems to be prevalent. The last radio I removed was in my Courier! Any instructions would be greatly appreciated

Just goto AutoZone/Napa/etc and get the "Ford Radio removal tools" they are 2 basic pieces of metal bent into "U" shapes that will pull the radio out, or you can do what I do when I cant find mine, just take the 2 bolts above the heat/ac controls out, and pull on the bezel and then remove the radio from the back by pushing on the 2 brackets on either side and then pushing it out the front.

The DIN removal tools are cheap, and easily used. WalMart, Meijer, and any auto parts store carries them. I have also improvised using 4 nails or a couple of coat hangers, but the actual tools work better since they have proper catches on them.
