Rear Differential Ratio on a '97 XLT, 6cyl, SOHC

I am in need of buying a new rear axle assemply/differential and need to find out what the correct gear ratio is so I can buy the right part. How do I find out that information on my truck?

Also, if anyone has a used part in working condition they want to unload, please let me know.

search, its a code on your driver side door sticker. Labeled under axle
