Rear emblem replacement 2007 XLT

Does anyone know if the rear emblem can be purchased without the other license plate chrome piece? Ours cracked the ears and I wanted to see if there is one available before going the 3M tape or adhesive goo route. I looked up D720B that I could make out under it and there are some on ebay but the ears are broken also.
