2015, Explorer Limited 2
Hello guys,
I just bought a 2015 Explorer Limited, but I can't play any video on the REVOLUTION headrest video monitor with built-in DVD player.
Any suggestion for the supported video formats.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Shouldn’t need a special format. What actually happens when you put a retail DVD in it?

Thanks for your reply,
Actually I tried to use USB containing 3 different video formats MP4, WMV & AVI.
It couldn't see the MP4 & WMV files, while it can see the AVI file but show a message "Cannot play the video"

I tried this too, it picks up any images on the USB but wont play any movie file.
Also copied the movie file to a black DVD, but doesn't recognise the file either!

Would be good to understand how as im watching reruns of Pets 2 every time!!!!
