rear hatch door handle

Hi, new to the group, have a 2000 Explorer. Wondering if anyone has experienced problems with the rear hatch door latch not opening?? Hope everyone has a great holiday. Thanks!! Terry

I have a 96 explorer. it opened untill i loaned it out. noe u cant turn handle at all. I have had blazers jimmys and as soon as i buy them i cant get into yhe back lol
if u find solution share with me pls
