Rear Heat and AC Problem

Have a Problem with the rear controls for the heat and AC.
They work just do not blow out the vents. It turns on and i can feel air blowing somewhere just not thru the vents.
how easy is this to fix Do you have to completely remove the whole console/??
Just not sure where to begin as next week we are moving back up to Mass. From this oven called Florida...

Hey I have the same problem and i just started rippin it apart this eve, i havent come to any conclusions yet however I'll keep tearin it apart until I source it out. If anyone else has any ideas please help, Thanks.
