Rear knuckle removal - 2007

Wow, 850 and that's US not Canada. Prices went up I see. The bearing is about $ 60 from Timken, $ 30 no name brands.
Do you mean those 3 big 24 mm bolts ?

Yeah they did lol. Instead of just replacing the bearing, I got the whole knuckle/wheel hub assembly with bearing. Yeah the big 24mm bolts. aka bane of my existence the last two days.

If you have not removed those bolts yet, heat them with a propane torch. Factory uses loctite (or similar) on them.

If you are using an air impact gun, it may be just too weak or the compressor is too small. I used 26 gal unit and one of the HF guns. It came off in minutes.

Thanks everyone for the replies! So I ended up getting the bolts off, and installing the new knuckles. Once I had everything together I noticed that on the drivers side, rear knuckle, the holes for the abs sensor were backwards, meaning I couldn't install it. Of course, I only noticed it after I had everything back together.

Hey everyone! Everywhere I look, I knuckles being sold that are identical to my new one, with the abs speed sensor flipped. Im going crazy! There has to be a way

Here is a picture of the new knuckle and the old one side by side. You will notice that the ABS Speed Sensor holes are reversed. Get this, Every single place that i have checked looks like the new one, not the old one. I went to advanced to get a new speed sensor but it is identical to the old one. The Ford Parts website says that this knuckle is discontinued!
