Rear wiper not working...

when I try to run my rear wiper , I hear the motor run but no movement in the arm. If I go back and jiggle it, It will operate untill i turn it off then back to not operation. I cant seem to find it hanging up on anything, Any Ideas ????
Or any like problems,,,,

Probably chewed up gear on motor or mating wiper assembly, disassemble and inspect both.
