Rear Wiper Seized

OK, so as the title says, my rear wiper seized up. I was driving to work, clicked it on, and it slowly creeped halway up and stopped just past halfway through the sweep. Seized solid. My dad's expedition did this, and there is a TSB for it, but I can't find one for mine. Anyone had this issue before? How about how to fix it?

BTW it's an 06' XLT 4wd.

I had my motor replaced...it would only work at certain times...and would never work when it rained (perfect for a windshield wiper). I believe tehre was a TSB issued, but im not sure of that.

well i ripped it apart last night. The drive shaft for the arm had seized inside the carrier. I dismantled it and found that because it had seized, it broke the mechanism inside that turns the shaft. So, I'm buying a new one, gay.
