Rebuilt 5-speed manual tranny for $350?

Do any of you have any experience with, or know anything about, a company called Phoenix Hard Parts? They have a rebuilt 5-speed tranny for Exlorers for $350 on eBay. HEre is the link: Dead Link Removed

Like my mama taught me, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is... Any thoughts?

$350 isn't an abnormal price for a rebuilt standard. Remember that you'll have to pay shipping to get it and ship your old one to them. My local tranny guru usually charges me $275-$400 for a rebuild and I've never seen one of his rebuilds fail. This usually includes some bearings, sychros, and seals, but ocassionally a gear will have to be replaced too.

The only downsides I see is the shipping costs and you can't easily go down and complain to them if it doesn't work.
