Im just curious as to how they work, i own a 95 XLT and have been told there could be a few recalls on that year?

Where could i find out about possible recall's on my truck and does the dealer charge for recall repairs? Im guessing i wouldnt have to pay for any of it right?

Thanks

Don

I don't know if there are any recalls on the 95 personally but a recall needs thousands of complaints before it becomes a recall. Your best bet is to call the dealer and check it out. And you're correct, No they don't chare for recalls

You can visit -> Dead Link Removed for any vehicle recalls. It has been my experience from recalls, that you only need to call the service department and set up an appt. to have a recall taken care of. They may need to order the part and you should not have to pay for most of the recalls I have ever heard about.

i also have a 95 and have got recalls on mine(sway bar link and liftgate struts) and my p's bought it brand new.

Dead Link Removed

go there ans select FORD TRUCK and your year and all and you'll get the problems.
