Hi everyone! Newby to my 2019 PIU and to this forum. Looking for advice for something like a shop manual. I found a Ford DVD or a Haynes digital DIY download. Thought I’d try to get some feedback before choosing. I absolutely do liberally use YouTube, but I like to have a full written procedure, too. Some forums actually have access to factory info. Could not find that here? Thanks

Welcome to the Forum.
The forum does not have the access you seek. Most members follow the recommended services and intervals shown in the Owner's Manual with a few exceptions such as PTU fluid changes.

There is a 2014 Service Manual linked in my sig below. Being for '14, some things won't apply, particularly electronic features, but much of the mechanical should be similar if not the same. It's probably at least as accurate as Haynes, which IMO sort of skips steps and offers generic overviews these days. Haynes is probably most useful for torque specs if you can't find them elsewhere... and if they're correct. :)

Come to think of it, I also have some workshop manual sections for a '17, but someone else cobbled them together as a single huge PDF file, so it's slow to wade through (over 10,000 pages), and IDK how thorough they are, as I always check and refer to the '14 first as it has a proper linked index and mostly working links within itself. Anyway that '17 is 194MB:
