reinstalling spider gears on limited slip rear end/Ford

2000 ford expidition limited slip rear end,Started out replacing an axel seal but in the process the wrist pin came all the way out and both gears fell out.How do you reinstall both gears?I tied but the pressure of the clutch packs make it almost impossible to do.

When I did this on my d-35 with LS, I had the carrier on the bench...

I then used some all-thread a bunch of washers and a few nuts. Using those parts I was able to compress 1 side of the clutch pack down. I was then able to get the side gears in. I still had to use a hammer and a brass punch to spin the other gear in.
