Im looking for someone who has a remote punch bass wired in a 1st Gen. Im looking for ideas on where to mount it and how it would look, or if someone came up with something unique. All ideas and opinions are welcome. If you dont have an idea tell me what you think of where it is now. Thanks.

i think thats a pretty good spot, i mean its really persoanl preference, but that looks pretty clean to me. Some other more stealth ideas might be in the glove box or even on you driver side seat plastic (left side of the seat i have a plastic piece covering the tracks) also you can take off the dash panel and cut out something underneath the rear defroster, just some ideas. id say if you really want to change it take it off and just experiment with different places. just my 2 cents

i have seen it just right and under the dash tucked right into the side of the radio housing, much liek i nthe corner edge....

you can pull it apart and drille a small hole, so just the dial is sticking out, or even better than that carefully pull the metal label off of the plastic and do the same and then glue it right above it. I'd do it that way and move it up near the hu.

I plan on putting mine somewhere where it isn't seen but still accessible, like underneath the dash.

I actually never ran mine. Its connected and wiretied in the rear with the amp. ONce its set, theres really no reason to keep adjusting it, unless you have no BASS control, or EQ on the headunit. This is, of course, my humble opinion.
