Remote start a/c no longer turning on

My Explorer ST is 3 weeks old and has 550 miles on it.
During the first 2 weeks the remote start worked great. The ac and cooled seats would come on when started and the car got cool. All of a sudden, with no changes to any settings, the ac and cooled seats do not turn on with remote start. The remote start still starts the engine but nothing else.
I have checked the owners manual and the settings in the car and everything is set correctly.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

well over 100 f. Some days were 106

Mine has always come on when the amibient is higher than what I have the vehicle set for. Sounds like you need to have it checked.

Went by yesterday and the guy said oh it’s not hot enough. I said 106 isn’t hot? Plus if it’s not set to last setting it should come on to get the interior to 74 (or 72, can’t remember) they said make appointment. Sounded like they didn’t know how it works.
