Removing driver's side door panel?

I posted this in this forum because I know you guys would know. How do I remove the driver's side door panel so that I can get inside the works. I'm replacing the "courtesy" light that burnt out and the harness slipped down inside and for the life of me I can't get the white plastic casing out of the door panel. How do I get the inside door panel off?

Check the sticky at the top of the forum. It's really easy to take off the panels. Maybe 5 minutes max for each door.

What's the "sticky"? Mine's a 93 2 door with power everything by the way.
