removing the 2k sport bumber cover?

don't know if this is the right thread but i cannot get the cover off to remove my bumber bolts. if it isn't needed then let me know but i cannot get the bolts off to install my grille guard.

Four 18mm bolts behind the bumper.
Cover and bumper come off as an assembely.
