Okay, so I'm looking to replace the leather and foam in the drivers seat of my 2000, it's not ripped up really bad, it's just extremely soft and doesn't do much anymore. I have a seat out a parts truck but it needs the leather and foam replaced, but I'm not too interested in paying someone several hundred dollars to do it. What are my options? I've heard you can change the passenger side seat stuff over to drivers but that sounds really temporary. Ideally I'd want the leather and foam replaced since I'm going to have the seat in pieces but all input is appreciated.

www.theseatshop.com foam and vinyl or leather covers. I've installed one of their leather bottoms 6+ years ago. Looks/fits just like OE. Great company to deal with.

Warning: If you're going with leather and new foam it wont be inexpensive.

leather seat bottom $229
vinyl seat bottom $129

They used to list foam, but currently I only see foam starting with 2002. I also see Gen II foam and less expensive leather bottoms on eBay.
