Replace Center Console

I have a 03 Sport Trac that has the removable bag but i want to change it to a console that does not have the bag.....like to regular explorers have. My shifter is on the steering wheel. Can this be done?? I hate that bag....any ideas or links would be great. thank you

It should be a direct swap, though I can't be 100% sure of that as I don't have the center console with the bag. I do however have the regular console from the regular Explorers, so I would imagine if it came stock in the ST's, it couldn't be too hard to swap in.

i have been looking over that guide but i have one question.

whats the problem with the wiring? if you get the proper wiring under the console, are the plugs under the dash to plug them in?
