A few weeks ago on my way to work my A/C blower completely stopped working. My initial thought was the blower motor and or resistor. So after a trip to autozone and replacing both, still no air. Ok, so I had an extra dash control piece with the switches in them. It came on but no high setting. I ordered a new switch off Rock auto. Installed it and still no Highest setting of A/C. 1 and 2 barely feel much of anything, and 3 blows good but then nothing at 4. I'm completely stumped at this point. I even swapped another new resistor and same results. Could it be the Air Door Actuator switch?

There is a high speed blower relay located in the relay box under the airbox. There is also a blower relay for the three other speeds. More than likely the high speed relay is the culprit. Find it, and then swap with another relay of the same type in that box and see if anything changes.

Edit: The blower motor for the 3 other speeds is located in the main relay box next to the brake fluid reservoir.
