Replaced IAC and truck doesnt start like it used to

A couple weeks ago I had the IAC problem where my truck wouldnt idle and I would have to gas it at stop lights. I ended up buying a new one and ever since I got the new IAC my truck doesnt start up in an instant anymore. Before I had the IAC problem, right when I tured the key the truck started RIGHT up. Like no hesitation. After I put a new IAC on, I have to turn the key for atleast 2 seconds of cranking til it turns over. Ive reset my computer and everything. Any ideas?

This may be happening due to the computer reset. It will take a while of driving for the computer to relearn fuel trims and such. I don't necessarily think that 2 seconds qualifies as a long crank.
