In the whole scope of things that one could worry about, this is pretty minor, but still bugs me when I drive at night. The lamps that illuminate the cruise controls on the steering wheel are only partially working. Some are dark, some are only half lit. Is replacing these pretty straight forward? Could I do it with simple hand tools without disassembling the entire steering column?
