Replacing/updrading limited slip clutches

Time to replace the clutches in my factory rear limited slip diff. 2002 with 175,x.. miles, should I spend the extra $100 and replace the spider gears too? I have seen you can get a "carbon fiber" clutch pack from Ford Racing, is that any better/different than other replacement clutches? Also, most kits dont come with a new S spring, should I get one of those new too?

Why not upgrade to air lockers on both rear and front?

why air lockers? So much to go wrong. Electronic locking much simpler.

Also, how did you determine your clutch packs are bad?
