Resistor Packs for Rear A/C

My rear control a/c only works on high, so I assume it is a resistor pack that has gone bad. It is in a 2004 XLT 4x4 Explorer and the control is in the overhead console. Where is it located and how easy is it to get to?

Check your PM. I scanned the procedure from my shop manual for the '02. Yours should be similar.
