right front window won't go down...

I have a 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.6L

Passenger side front window will not operate from the driver side door controls or the front passenger door controls.

all other windows and lock work from drive side and the lock works on the passenger side.

starting about the same time, I'm had the red brake light and the alarm go off from time to time on the morning when the vehicles is cold.....it will go off when i start moving at a stop light or if making a turn left or right until the vehicle warms up

I wonder if these 2 things are related?

Does this sound like a fuse or maybe a switch?

How would i locate the proper fuse?

I had the same problem on a 2003 Explorer. It was a broken wire in the bundle that passes from the master door switch through the door to the body. It's a ***** to get the rubber boot off to get at the wires but if you can get a wiring diagram and identify the color of the wire you are looking for it's a little easier.
