Does any one know if the door latch must be removed in order to unhook the lock actuator rod? If so, is removing the latch screws sufficient, or do I also need to disconnect the other rods too?

Oops, I meant LEFT rear, but I'm sure the answer is the same.

Koda, just remove the three screws for wiggle room. As you probably know a good #3 Phillips bit is needed to avoid stripping.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.

Oops, I forgot your rear latch rods are permanently attached. Don't see how it can be done without removing the latch.

You have to remove the door latch to remove the lock actuator. It's the first to go on during install and the last to come off during removal. If you have an impact screwdriver that is ideal for removing the door latch screws. They have thread locker on them.

Yes I've discovered this for myself. I sure hope I remember how all this stuff goes back together. BTW, which actuator(s) did you send me?

Oh, and I call my impact driver "my smack-o-matic"

I sent you the left rear.

Well, it's not "permanently attached" anymore... LOL

Yes, I have both. Do you want the right front?
