Right after I changed my oil I noticed a rocker tapping pretty strong. The rocker taps for quite some time after start up. I'm almost positive that it started immediately after the oil change.

I know what I'm doing changing oil - done it thousands of times
5w30 Valvoline Maxlife oil
Motorcraft filter
Oil level is full
What gives? I'm thinking it's the oil. Maybe go back to regular oil instead of the synthethic blend?
I can't think of anything else.
