Rockford Amp Question

I have a Rockford 450s amp. I was wondering if Rockford amps draw alot of power. I have a new optima yellow top with a 1 Farad Rockford Cap, with 4 gauge wire, and the headlights sometimes dim a slight bit. On the digital read out I have only seen the power drop as low as 13.9. Is this still good? Is the cap doing its job?

Probably as good as can be expected for a cap... those amps draw about as much as any other a/b full range amps.
