Rough idle and A/C question?

Before you say anything, I have used the search function but have yet to answer my questions fully.

I've got an 03 EX Eddie Bauer V6 4.0L bought it used with 119,000 miles on it

What I've done so far:
Pulled out recirc door b/c it had fallen down
New spark plugs & wires
Seafoam through intake
Fuel injection cleaner in gas tank
New upper control arms
New front end links
New front sway bar bushings
Hunter Bush Guard
New fuel filter
New stereo system

Ok, in regards to the A/C. Since I removed the recirc door my air flow did improve greatly but mainly through the middle vents on the front of the console. My side vents though blow weaker....why is that?

Now, my rough idle. From what I've done above that could help it, well it hasn't the rough idle remains. I also checked for any codes and nothing! I've replaced the air filter, cleaned the MAF & Throttle Body as well. I checked the PCV connection that many had crack but mine was ok. Any other thoughts or ideas?

I've had my EX for 2 months now, and this site has been great since I found it!
