Rough idle/stumble

2018 explorer 3.5 NA front wheel drive. Bought 7/2018, 6200.00 miles. Also hesitation from a stop. 90% local driving, very little highway driving. Maybe try some gas additive to clear carbon from heads?

I personally don't see a need to add a gas additive especially with only 6200 miles on it.. Have you been using top tier gasoline? Could possibly be an issue with the throttle body. Any trouble codes registering?
