Rubbing Sticking on Front Right Side

I have a 1991 Eddie Baur 4x4. Lately i had some transmissions problems but i got those fixed. I went to pull out of my driveway and as i turn the wheel the right front tire seems to catch or cause the transmission to stick as its backing up?

would this be a issue with the shocks or do you think i just need an alignment?

you've got to be more specific than that. Tire catches... transmission sticks... explain in detail if you can. Problem could be caused by many factors. Loose wheel bearings, loose-worn ball joints, worn steering gear, locked front...
