Look under the dash, drivers side, there should be some grommets that lead to the engin bay.

Good luck.....

thanks for the quick reply gonna go install an amp now wahoo

Where did most of u put ur amps and where is a good place to lead the ground wire too.

just bought an amp which is some no name brans and is a 1000 watt amp and i was wondering is i use some name brand amps would i still get that bang from them?

Mine is installed under the rear seat, passenger side.

Grounded to the metal under the seat with the same size wire as the power wire,

For the 12 volt blue wire did you connect it to the blue wire that is coming from the head unit or too a blue wire from the actual suv?

Also if i wanted too could i add a toggle switch once i connect the 12 volt wire that way i dont always have to listen to the subwoofer if i dont want too. would this be a good idea?

When I ran my power cable I made a new hole.
I took off the right front wheel and removed the right front fender liner.
Drilled a hole, primed the bare metal, stuffed in a grommet and gooped on a bit of seam sealer.
It exits just below the glove box and right away goes under the carpet to the amp under the front passneger seat.
I am well pleased.

Run the 12v blue wire to the head unit. It serves as a turn on switch. If you dont want to do that, you can run it to the battery, and put a manual switch on it on the dashboard or wherever
