So I'm picking up a a 96 Cherokee to use the D30 for my SAS on my 2000 Limited. I've settled on the 30 given my needs and and what I want out of my truck. My next step is to start planning out my approach. I've seen a few guys running a redesigned crossmember that includes the radius arm mounts and also the transmission mount. His crucial is this angle? Given the fact that I don't know of anyone with a set up like this local to me that I could get measurements off of I'm more or less on my own. I'm also going to make custom radius arms that will be adjustable but I'd like to get some input on these angles and what range I should be shooting for.

Your post is hard to read but if you are getting a complete Jeep why don't you just measure the angles or whatever from it.

Now that being said, My 79 Bronco has control arms and it is lifted making the arms steeper then stock. It don't matter at all because even though the rear is tilted when the angle gets steeper you get degreed C bushings to pivot the rear back to where is should be.

This is Very simple stuff that has been around for decades. you need to use google and learn more about this sort of thing before you start IMO.

length of my radius arms are 35" adjustable shorter and longer an inch

didnt fully resdign the crossmember, cut it a bit to clear the dshaft and tied in the radius arm frame mounts to the outer edges

I just now got this, however thanks for the input. How did you use your stock Explorer hubs? I'd really like to keep the stock brakes (and also ABS) rather than downgrade to the single piston set up on the Jeep axle.
