First I love this site! So my 94 limited now has 179K I had to replace radiator a few months ago and 3yrs ago. about 1 1/2yrs ago, I had replaced the mass air flow sensor, computer, and throttle sensor (after the man. packaged the wrong computer in the box and blew up the new mass air flow sensor). Then the vacum piece on the transmission I replaced 1 1/2yr ago- that was a chore but I did it.
Now yes the cardinal rule of not letting oil changes lapse- mine was far over due and I believe took my oxygen sensor (according to the code reader). I couldn't afford it at the time so I changed the oil. Right on target 3Kmiles later CE light started coming on again. I knew it needed an oil change which I did this weekend; I got the code reader one more time before buying parts. It is telling me code 336 EGR sensor, 332, 412, and 173 and 157 (mass air again!). My question is what is the likely hood it's just the o2 sensor? and how do I know if I have to replace both sides? And is there an easier way to get to them. Does anyone think the EGR is bad also? Thanks in advance guys.
