When replacing brake pads on a friend's 2007 sportrac I encountered a frozen adjuster on the mounting bracket. (the rubber protected sleeve the bolt goes thru. If frozen, there wasn't enough room for both new pads to mount over the rotor and the wheel wouldn't turn. Can the frozen part be serviced easily (I had limited access to tools like a vise) Does the new bracket include new sleeves?
