My Explorer self levels 24/7. Can I get the rear end to its highest point and then stop it from leveling again? Does this work on a fuse or what? I dont want to shut off the leveling and have the rear sink as low as it will go though.

You either have leaking shocks or a bad compressor or hose or whatever. I hate the rear ARC suspension.

So no, you cannot set it at its highest setting until you fix it (since there is a leak in the first place, which is why the compressor kicks it 24/7).

My advice is to ditch the system for some conventional shocks.

Probably a big project? The problem is that I dont know how much I can put into this vehicle before it doesnt make sense and I should just move on to something else.

Actually very easy. All you need to literally buy are new rear conventional shocks. They install in the same location as your current suspension. Just remove/unistall the air shocks and the compressor right next to them and call it a day. (long story short)

If you want to remove the "ARC disabled" dummy warning on the console monitor thingy remove the black box behind the head unit in the dash to prevent warning indicators showing the leveling system is disengaged. Search the site, there are a lot of how-to's.
