Okay, my last two 4x4 trips I took, whenever I'm in 4wd, high or low, going staight or turning, as long as I'm on the accelerator, about every 5-10 seconds there is a serious pop/knocking sound in the front of the truck, and I have no clue what's going on. I'm hoping it's just one of the hubs because I've been meaning to replace those anyway, but can anyone else give some other things I can check to make sure that that's the problem. I just replaced the radius arm bushings, so I know it's not that, but I'm in serious need of assistance. Thanks alot

It's the hubs. From your desciption, I'm 99% sure.

I'm only 1% sure that the problem is the hubs. So together with Ranger X's 99%, you can be 100% sure that the problem is with the hubs.

Pretty funny huh?

That sounds like the exact problem I had with mine. It's a horrible sound. I swear everytime it happened to me I would see a flock of birds fly up from nearby trees. I had the hubs replaced with the Warn manual hubs and it fixed the problem. Altogether with the Warn adapter kit I needed, it ran a little over $200 with labor. And besides they look cool anyway. :)

my 2 cents

This might sound stupid, but do you have the same size tires on both the front and back?

tire size....

yep. I have 33x12.5 procomp mud terrains front and rear.
