Hi all, Ijust have to say that I love the site. Lots of great info. I am interested in lifting my 94 explorer a little. But as many people thease days I don not have a lot of money to spend on this.

I have read a lot of posts and putting F-150 Coil Spacers and Warrior shackles sounds like the best way to go. But I need a little instruction. Please direct me so i don't screw up. What are all the things i need and how do I install them. I am not very knowlegable(just what i've learned from this site). Also how much lift will it get me. It would also help to have part numbers.

In advance thanks to all.

Welcome to the site. This site will save you money on diagnosing problems but will waste all that money on modifications.

This topic has been discussed many times. A quick search should yield plenty of results.
Well now to start to answer your questions. Warrior shackles are part number WAR-153 and cost about 50 dollars they are available from desertrat.com and 4 wheel parts wholesalers. Neither list the part on their website but they both sell it. Just call them to order it. The shackles are 3 inches longer than the stock shackles so they will give you about 1.5" of lift.

I have a 1998 Explorer so I am not knowledgeable in the Coil Spacer Department. Some one else can answer that part.

Good luck!

Thanks guys. Can you tell me how to go about installing the spacers. Is it difficult. Also do i need longer shocks. Will those spacers and shackles give equal lift.

Thanks

Also i want to run 31.5x10.5 at tires on 15x8 rims with 3.75" of backspacing. Will thease fit with this small lift.

whats up, I was thinking about the spacers and shackle idea my self but desided to go with a 4" lift once I get the money this fall. But anyway In my lookings around I found some coil spring stabalizers that you stick under each spring for about 2" of lift, they run for about $8.00 each through JC Whitney, you can visit their site at jcwhitney.com they also have tons of other cheap quality add ons.

I got the James Duff lift with radius arms and was wondering if the coil spacers would go on with those?
