hey im new to this web site. i have a 98 mountaineer with the 5.0 and just finished a tt and shackle lift on it today. i made my own shackles and gained 2 inches at all 4 corners of the truck when i finished the lift process. my question is, has anyone had problems with the arch of the leaf spring after doing the shackle lift? noticed the springs are now jus bout strait across. i pull atvs and i have a 20ft speed boat i pull around all summer. is there any issues as far as the springs breaking, bending backwards, etc? any help would be great, dont wanna break a spring and end up dead or something... thanks guys
