Is there a shackle out there that only produces 1" or so of lift?

there probably is... but for ease, just get warrior 153s they will give about 1.5" and trust me, you will get the 1" shackle and be like, dang i wasted my $, i dont even see a difference.....

Just inflate the rear tires more.
